One of the main goals of Ojos que Sienten A.C. is to allow our students to be independent people. This is the reason why the social, education and work integration process is so important.

How it works?

The integration process takes place in three phases:

1. Emotional Impact. Through photography and human development workshops, as well as psychological coaching, we evaluate and enhance our students' abilities to achieve a successful integration.

2. Training and Education. Through computer, english, grammar and writing workshops, the students' technical knowledge is strengthened.

3. Work integration and coaching. From the analysis of possible vacancies and the students' abilities, we identify opportunities in the work force. This way, we help students to become integrated in public and private institutions. Both the institutions and the student are accompanied by Ojos que Sienten A.C. throughout the process; before, during and after recruitment.

Similarly, in Ojos que Sienten A.C. students can be integrated as photographers, workshop facilitators and waiters / guides, who give lectures and lead sensory experiences, awareness workshops and activities, demonstrating that for them there are no limits.
